About
I've Always Worked Across the Lines.
I’m Antwonishea “NisheaH” Hardy, founder of NisheaH Productions.
My experience has never existed in just one lane. Over the years, I’ve worked across media, digital development, business strategy, content, education and creative production—often moving between disciplines depending on what the work required.
That range eventually became the foundation for NisheaH Productions.
Today, I work with businesses, creators and organizations to bring clarity to ideas, connect the right pieces and determine what actually needs to happen next.
The Experience
Behind the Work.
My experience spans business, media, digital platforms and learning environments—allowing me to approach challenges from more than one perspective and connect strategy with execution.

The Work Has Roots.
My creative journey began long before I ever considered it a career. Growing up in Jesup, Georgia, photography and videography were part of my world from an early age. On my father’s side of the family, I was introduced to photography and had access to cameras and equipment that fueled my curiosity. On my mother’s side, camcorders introduced me to capturing moments in motion. Whether taking photographs or recording video, I naturally found myself behind the camera—documenting family, friends, and the experiences happening around me.
That early exposure sparked a curiosity that extended beyond the camera, eventually growing into a broader interest in media, storytelling, communication, and creative expression.
College gave me an opportunity to expand that foundation. I earned my A.A. in General Studies from Harford Community College in Bel Air, Maryland, in 2010, where I focused much of my studies on Mass Communications. I also served as Editor in Chief of the college newspaper, The Harford Owl, gaining practical experience in writing, editing, publication production and Adobe software while continuing to explore different forms of media.
By 2012, I was applying those skills to real projects—helping family, friends and small businesses across strategy, business development, design, photography, video and digital content. Over the years, that work expanded into broader creative and digital projects, international collaborations connected to Ghana, Sierra Leone and Nigeria, and hands-on training that helped others develop practical skills of their own.
What looks like several different disciplines today developed together over time. That journey is ultimately what shaped the way I work through NisheaH Productions: seeing the bigger picture, connecting the pieces and using the right combination of strategy, media, digital tools and learning to move an idea forward.
I Build What
I
Believe In, Too.
I don’t only use these skills for client work. I build my own ideas, experiment with new ways of creating and develop projects around the things that matter to me—including family, education, creativity and entrepreneurship.
Some of that work lives through Minding My Family Business and the things my family and I create together.
For me, creating has always been bigger than the business.
The Deliverable
Isn't the
Starting Point.
A website, video, campaign, training or piece of content might be the final deliverable—but that’s rarely where the real work begins.
I start by understanding what you’re trying to accomplish, what already exists, what’s getting in the way and what actually makes sense for the goal.
Sometimes that means creating something new. Sometimes it means improving what’s already there. And sometimes the most valuable thing I can do is help you see the situation differently before anything gets built.
